Requirements

  • •Deep understanding of the EVM and advanced proficiency in Solidity development
  • •Familiarity with common vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies
  • •Strong understanding of blockchain protocols and consensus mechanisms
  • •Proven experience in gas optimization and writing performant smart contract code
  • •Ability to work effectively within cross-functional and remote teams
  • •Familiarity with blockchain development tools such as Hardhat, Truffle, Foundry, Remix, and Ganache
  • •Experience writing unit and integration tests for smart contracts using tools like Mocha, Chai, or similar
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative and detail-oriented approach
  • •Comfortable with pseudonymous collaboration and the ethos of privacy in Web3
  • •Contributions to open-source blockchain projects
  • •Experience with other blockchain platforms such as Solana, Polkadot, or Cosmos
  • •Understanding of zk-SNARKs, ZK-rollups, or other zero-knowledge technologies
  • •Previous experience working in a DAO or decentralized organization
