Tasks

  • Participate in strategic management of Pumps Cyclone Valves business in ECANA
  • Prepare monthly management reports
  • Develop, train, and lead site sales and support personnel
  • Oversee site sales and support activities in Europe
  • Promote Pumps Cyclone Valves products and services to customers
  • Drive site support teams to maintain existing installations
  • Convert competitor Pumps Cyclone Valves to increase sales
  • Support inventory management for competitive lead times on aftermarket parts
  • Collaborate with global product and service line managers to create proposals
  • Travel to customer sites and engineering firms for troubleshooting and consulting
  • Support system design and ensure proper aftermarket support
  • Resolve warranty and quality issues as needed
