- Communicate directly with customers
- Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services
- Manage cloud infrastructure in AWS and on-prem
- Support and maintain Linux systems
- Administer and customize Atlassian Jira and Confluence
- Collaborate on network infrastructure operations
- Design networks and allocate subnets
- Monitor and resolve network incidents
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues
