Requirements

  • •Higher education in Computer Science or equivalent
  • •5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role
  • •Excellent command of OpenShift and Kubernetes administration
  • •Excellent command of monitoring and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana)
  • •Excellent command of Linux (RHEL/CentOS)
  • •Excellent command of scripting (Shell, Python)
  • •Knowledge of networking, security, and RBAC concepts in containerized environments
  • •Knowledge of high availability and disaster recovery strategies
  • •Responsibility, rigor, versatility, flexibility, and strong interpersonal skills
  • •Fluency in French and English
  • •Residency in Switzerland or willingness to relocate

Tasks

  • •Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of the OpenShift platform
  • •Manage platform lifecycle including provisioning, updates, and patching
  • •Plan capacity for the platform
  • •Implement and maintain observability solutions using Prometheus and Grafana
  • •Establish governance for observability and operability of hosted applications
  • •Handle incident response and conduct root cause analysis for platform issues
  • •Collaborate with security teams to apply best practices in containerized environments
  • •Contribute to continuous improvement of platform architecture and operational processes
