Requirements
- Bachelor's in law, Labor Relations, Psychology, HR Management or related field
- Master's or Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources preferred
- 10+ years of HR leadership experience in a multinational environment (pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred)
- Proven experience leading HR at site level
- Experience in multi-site or matrix environments
- Fluent in French and English
- Strategic thinking and strong business acumen
- Proven ability to influence and drive change
- Strong labor relations expertise
- Change leadership and communication skills
- High integrity, cultural awareness, and interpersonal skills
Tasks
- Define and execute site HR roadmap aligned with global strategy
- Advise site leadership on performance and organizational health
- Lead change and cultural transformation initiatives
- Ensure HR business continuity and crisis preparedness
- Manage site HR budget and optimize processes
- Contribute to global HR projects
- Own employee relations and labor law compliance
- Engage with social partners and employee representatives
- Represent the company in internal and external audits
- Partner with Legal and Communications on sensitive cases
- Promote integrity, ethics, and speak-up culture
- Ensure consistent application of policies and regulations
- Lead strategic workforce planning
- Oversee recruitment for critical roles
- Drive performance management and leadership development
- Plan for leadership succession
- Ensure high-quality onboarding and employee development
- Execute non-GxP learning and development activities
- Coordinate international assignments
- Support internal communications and employer branding
- Administer accurate and compliant payroll and benefits
- Ensure competitive and compliant compensation practices
- Oversee time and attendance management
- Maintain HR master data quality and administration governance
- Act as data steward for HR reporting and analytics
- Provide timely and accurate site HR reporting
- Drive data-based decision making using HR KPIs
- Monitor retention, engagement, and workforce risk trends
