Requirements

  • •Degree in natural sciences, biomedical sciences, medical technology, BMA HF or equivalent qualification
  • •Additional management education is an advantage
  • •Extensive leadership experience in senior management

  • •Connect local operations with central corporate functions
  • •Contribute to national and international growth strategies
  • •Directly lead and develop 20+ employees
  • •Oversee leadership structure and succession planning
  • •Optimize laboratory operations for quality and efficiency
  • •Analyze and transform processes to increase profitability
  • •Monitor KPIs including TAT and productivity
  • •Identify and implement automation opportunities
  • •Evaluate and deploy new diagnostic technologies
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, HR, and Finance
