- Escalate operational issues to the Production Supervisor
- Participate in Level 1 Q Circles
- Gather and communicate technical and quality concerns to supervisors
- Ensure personnel understand and act according to ABB’s core values, safety, and integrity standards
- Promote and enable collaboration within work areas
- Manage stakeholder relationships
- Ensure stakeholder alignment

- 2 - 3 years
Education
- Vocational certification

- English – Business Fluent
