- Completed technical apprenticeship, ideally in electrical engineering
- Relevant professional experience as an field service technician advantageous
- Experience with electrical systems, refrigeration units, and lab/medical devices desirable
- Independent, structured, solution-oriented work style
- High service and customer orientation
- Confident use of MS Office and common IT tools
- Very good German language skills
- Technical English language skills advantageous
- Driver's license class B
- High willingness to travel
Tasks
- Maintain and repair laboratory equipment and systems on-site
- Conduct calibrations, qualifications (e.g., IQ/OQ), and safety inspections
- Provide technical advice on service, maintenance, and repair solutions
- Ensure compliant, safe, and reliable operation of all installed systems
- Document service activities and collaborate closely with internal teams
