Requirements
- 5+ years of direct quota carrying selling experience in enterprise software and services industry or comparable roles
- Demonstrated success in managing accounts, generating and managing opportunities, and deal closure
- Profound experience in consulting and software business
- Intimate knowledge of enterprise software projects and lifecycle management of enterprise applications
- Motivation to drive consumption and adoption of SAP solutions
- Strong networking within the Customer Success organization, especially Manufacturing & High Tech
- Experience working with large multinational customers
- Bachelor or Master Degree
- Proficiency in Business English and German
Tasks
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior executives in assigned accounts
- Act as the main contact for customers, representing the SAP Services organization
- Contribute to the long-term success of customer and partner relationships
- Generate qualified opportunities by understanding customer challenges
- Create and deliver comprehensive Services account plans addressing customer priorities
- Meet booking and revenue targets for services in assigned accounts
- Manage opportunities and bids, aligning with governance processes and targets
- Orchestrate resources to support sales and delivery teams
- Collaborate within the SAP ecosystem to manage customers and partners
- Apply value selling and solution selling techniques
- Continuously develop sales and technical skills and coach colleagues
- Enhance leadership skills by managing teams to create cross-organizational offers
