Tasks
- Lead scoping, design, development, and implementation activities
- Analyze new business requirements and implement technical solutions
- Collaborate with engagement leads, project managers, business analysts, developers, and testers
- Guide design through to implementation while ensuring risk and quality standards
- Define technical solutions at architectural and design levels
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior architects and development teams
- Deliver solution demonstrations across the ServiceNow platform
- Design and implement technical integrations between ServiceNow and client services
- Assist development teams in resolving complex technical issues
- Continuously grow knowledge of the ServiceNow platform through certifications and training
- Establish strong relationships with clients and team members
- Build constructive relationships with DXC’s global ServiceNow resources
- Contribute to the development of DXC’s ServiceNow product roadmap
- Ensure compliance with DXC solution architecture standards
- Share knowledge across functions within the DXC community
