Requirements
- •Proven experience in consulting or professional services and technical delivery
- •Proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on the ServiceNow platform
- •Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
- •Certified Implementation Specialist in at least 2 product suites
- •Certified in ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4)
- •Strong expertise in scripting on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, CSS and Angular JS
- •Deep understanding of key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions
- •Experience with delivering solutions in complex client environments
- •Understanding of common business analysis techniques and approaches
- •Experience of agile and traditional software and project methodologies
- •Ability to communicate with impact and influence stakeholders
- •Strong negotiator, influencer and team player
- •Strong drive and resilience to overcome challenges
- •Passion for areas of expertise and continuous learning
- •Fluent in German and English language skills
Work Experience
approx. 4 - 6 years
Tasks
- •Lead scoping, design, development, and implementation activities
- •Analyze new business requirements and implement technical solutions
- •Collaborate with engagement leads, project managers, business analysts, developers, and testers
- •Guide design through to implementation while ensuring risk and quality standards
- •Define technical solutions at architectural and design levels
- •Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior architects and development teams
- •Deliver solution demonstrations across the ServiceNow platform
- •Design and implement technical integrations between ServiceNow and client services
- •Assist development teams in resolving complex technical issues
- •Continuously grow knowledge of the ServiceNow platform through certifications and training
- •Establish strong relationships with clients and team members
- •Build constructive relationships with DXC’s global ServiceNow resources
- •Contribute to the development of DXC’s ServiceNow product roadmap
- •Ensure compliance with DXC solution architecture standards
- •Share knowledge across functions within the DXC community
