  • •Certified ServiceNow Technical Architect
  • •ServiceNow System Administrator and Developer credentials
  • •Implementation Specialist in ITSM, CSM, or ITOM
  • •Proficiency in UI Builder and App Engine
  • •Orchestrating integrations using IntegrationHub and MID Server
  • •Experience with Configuration Management Database
  • •Designing custom data models
  • •Integrating ServiceNow with SAP and legacy systems
  • •Interest in innovation and AI workflows
  • •Professional fluency in English and French or German
