  • •1-3 years as a technical consultant or business analyst
  • •Good understanding of SQL, Java, XML, and web-based technologies
  • •1+ years in implementing business processes to ITIL best practices
  • •Fluency in German and English, another European language advantageous
  • •Articulate and effective communication skills
