Requirements
- CFC in electrical field or equivalent, ideally with elevator/technical maintenance experience
- Valais region residency for on-call interventions
- French mastery (oral and written)
- Valid Swiss driving license
- Service orientation and customer focus
- Analytical thinking, rigor, and prioritization skills
- Autonomy, organizational skills, and proactive approach
Tasks
- Ensure optimal operation, safety, and availability of elevators and escalators
- Perform regular maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic components
- Diagnose and resolve malfunctions, safely returning installations to service
- Conduct short circuit repairs and order necessary replacement parts
- Use diagnostic, configuration, and troubleshooting tools
- Optimize daily service routes within assigned service area
- Identify and report additional repair and improvement needs
- Document interventions and maintain clear communication with team and internal clients
- Safely rescue individuals trapped in elevator cabins
- Efficiently use resources and systems for technical information access
- Participate in regular on-call service to ensure continuous support
- Represent Otis professionally and ensure high-quality customer experiences
