- Administer Windows servers, clients, and networks
- Provide technical support for inquiries remotely and on-site
- Coordinate and define work processes at customer sites
- Prepare reports, protocols, and technical documentation
- Maintain and expand system overviews and diagrams
- Enhance customer satisfaction through excellent service
