Tasks
- Collaborate with Account Managers to understand customer pain points and business goals
- Translate customer needs into structured, value-driven service solution concepts
- Design comprehensive service agreements and lifecycle programs for enterprise needs
- Leverage digital, remote, analytics, and outcome-based service models
- Develop scalable, technically sound solutions based on installed systems, data, and compatibility
- Ensure alignment with cybersecurity, connectivity, and portfolio standards
- Promote digital, cloud, and analytics-driven services including diagnostics and optimization
- Drive adoption of outcome-based, performance-focused service contracts
- Balance scope, value, and cost while leading pricing for digital service offerings
- Coordinate globally to ensure competitive, profitable, and differentiated proposals
- Align with countries and Digital Service Center to validate solutions and ensure smooth execution
- Oversee estimates, delivery handover, and ongoing service ownership and reporting
- Engage customers with pre-sales thought leadership and strategic insights
- Build internal capabilities through trainings, workshops, demos, and webinars
