Service Project Manager Transformers(m/w/x)

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, technical management, or related field
• 3+ years project management or field service coordination experience
• Hands-on mindset and technical interest
• Solid organizational and communication skills
• Experience with ISO quality standards
• Independent work and task ownership
• Business fluent French, fluent English, and German knowledge
• Application documents submitted in English

Tasks

• Lead cross‑functional transformer service projects end‑to‑end
• Manage project schedules, costs, quality, and resources
• Identify, escalate, and resolve project risks
• Maintain and calibrate tools and testing equipment
• Ensure equipment compliance, certification, and readiness
• Optimize tooling and equipment logistics and inventory
• Coordinate shipments and project-specific material preparation
• Share resources and equipment across various projects
• Provide field teams with complete technical job packs
• Manage technical documentation, procedures, and safety requirements
• Interface between customers, field teams, and suppliers
• Ensure proactive and satisfaction‑oriented stakeholder communication
• Plan and schedule service activities and site mobilization
• Secure permits, site access, and HSE prerequisites
• Supervise onsite activities to guarantee safe execution
• Provide hands-on operational support during complex situations
• Ensure compliance with HSE rules and ISO standards
• Standardize tooling management and site preparation processes
• Drive continuous improvement for service execution efficiency
