Requirements

  • •Diploma, Bachelor, or Master in Economics, Industrial Engineering, or similar field
  • •Advanced knowledge in aviation, aircraft, and engine maintenance planning
  • •Extensive experience in multi-project management
  • •Customer-focused with strong business acumen
  • •Fluency in English with broad intercultural skills; second foreign language desirable

Tasks

  • •Serve as the main contact for On-Wing engine maintenance activities
  • •Oversee technical and logistical planning at service centers and customer bases
  • •Drive continuous improvement of On-Wing engine maintenance processes
  • •Ensure customer satisfaction, product safety, and quality standards
  • •Meet cost, revenue, and turnaround time targets
  • •Deliver On-Wing maintenance work-scopes per airworthiness regulations
  • •Coordinate closely with service centers and customers
  • •Provide standardized reports to measure performance against service delivery targets
  • •Support the development of an On-Wing maintenance planning IT solution
  • •Integrate the IT solution with other applications for standardization
