Requirements
- State-certified electrician, specialized in photovoltaic technology, renewable energy, or comparable field
- In-depth knowledge of technical requirements for PV, energy storage systems, EV chargers
- Independent and focused work in dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Prior work experience in PV related industry is advantageous
- Self-motivated and performance driven
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Can-do attitude and hands-on mindset
- Proactive, dynamic, solution and customer oriented
Tasks
- Provide technical troubleshooting support via phone or digital channels
- Offer remote or on-site commissioning support
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues
- Plan and coordinate inverter dispatch for replacement
- Assist in collecting replaced inverters
- Support new service partner onboarding and management
- Document case information accurately using CRM software
- Deliver training sessions to customers or colleagues
- Identify opportunities to improve products and processes
- Collect customer satisfaction feedback for process improvement
