Tasks
- Coordinate system and segment operations with the service engineering team
- Manage technical and operational aspects with operations managers and engineers
- Ensure execution of routine and contingency system level operations
- Support overall system and service validation through planning, execution, and reporting
- Assist with Business Continuity tasks during on-call periods
- Help plan and coordinate system migration and service transition
- Maintain system and service knowledge and documentation
- Improve continual service and operations documentation based on evolutions
- Support system configuration management
- Implement new operations and services with new releases
- Coordinate contingency resolutions at system and service levels
- Provide on-call support as needed
- Prepare, validate, and authorize security procedures per operational requirements
- Test and validate security operations before and after satellite launches
- Coordinate security operations for satellite launches
- Plan and analyze secure operations routinely
- Coordinate PRS service activities
- Support GSOV and simulation campaigns
- Contribute to operation reporting
- Coordinate CLA activities with various operations teams
- Execute Long-Term and Mid-Term Plan activities, including stakeholder communication
- Interface with all GSOp Planning issues across SPO teams
- Identify planning conflicts and suggest scheduling solutions
- Pre-define plans for various operational disciplines
- Participate in Coordination and Planning Meetings, providing schedules and solutions
- Prepare Long-Term and Mid-Term Plans for the Contracting Authority
- Derive LEOP/IOT timelines in coordination with responsible persons
- Support Service Provision Prediction and Key Performance Indicator Measurements
- Track planned activities across different time-frames and provide feedback
- Support the evolution to an integrated planning and resource management system
- Schedule operations and deployment through the planning system
