Requirements

  • Proficiency in modern C++ and Python
  • Understanding of sensor characteristics and calibration
  • Experience with sensor technologies and hardware
  • Software engineering skills in C++ and Python
  • Background in robotic perception systems engineering
  • Outcome orientation and collaboration skills
  • Ability to design validation strategies
  • Linux development and ROS/ROS2 proficiency
  • Ability to adapt research into features
  • Degree in engineering, science, or robotics
  • Experience with GMSL2
  • Experience with Nvidia Jetson computing platform
  • Experience with functional safety implementation
  • Legal right to work in Spain

Tasks

  • Evaluate and integrate robotic sensor technologies
  • Assess camera and vision systems independently
  • Provide technical analyses for sensor adoption
  • Design production-grade perception software
  • Write modern C++ and Python code
  • Maintain large modular codebases
  • Calibrate sensors and manage runtime behavior
  • Scope and drive spatial intelligence features
  • Collaborate with hardware and product teams
  • Design data-driven validation pipelines
  • Improve system robustness using metrics
  • Manage hardware and software interdependencies
  • Apply classical and learning-based perception research
  • Perform thoughtful code reviews
  • Create technical documentation
  • Share knowledge through constructive collaboration
