Requirements

  • Degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or comparable qualification
  • Strong experience in Information Architecture, workflow design, and defining scalable UX structures, navigation models, and interaction patterns for complex systems
  • Solid understanding of UX research methods, synthesis processes, and translating ambiguity/insights into clear, scalable solutions
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for articulating structural decisions
  • Hands-on experience with Figma and FigJam
  • Good understanding of UI design principles
  • Experience in broadcast, media production, sports, or live production environments
  • Familiarity with audio, video, or intercom systems and workflows
  • Understanding of real-time systems, signal flows, operator-driven interfaces, and complex hardware-software ecosystems

Tasks

  • Define and maintain scalable information architecture
  • Contribute to persona and workflow definitions
  • Ensure UX consistency across products and teams
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product teams
  • Align UX patterns with real workflows
  • Support UX research and synthesis processes
  • Translate research insights into UX models
  • Guide the UX/UI team on complex topics
