- Create user journeys, concepts, and prototypes using AI
- Plan and run user research and usability tests
- Translate research findings into design improvements
- Establish design patterns for automation workflows
- Ensure designs meet SAP's UX consistency standards
- Collaborate with UX colleagues, PMs, and developers
- Champion AI-enhanced design methodologies
- Share techniques to accelerate work without compromising quality
- Foster a user-centered, insight-driven culture
- Advocate for developer feedback in decisions
