- Establish long-term cooperation structures
- Assess partnerships and alternative ownership structures
- Evaluate acquisitions and divestment options
- Lead buy-side and sell-side transactions
- Manage internal decision processes for transactions
- Structure commercial deals and lead negotiations
- Coordinate due diligence processes
- Develop partnership models and commercial tools
- Implement joint development and cooperation agreements
- Design financial participation structures
- Contribute to the annual strategy process
- Develop strategic country roadmaps
Education
- Bachelor's degree
