Description

As a Senior Thermo-Mechanical Engineer, you will lead the design of satellite equipment, conduct structural analyses, and manage engineering projects. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

• •Deep understanding of thermo-mechanical engineering principles
• •Master's or Ph.D. degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or related field
• •Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in mechanical engineering in Space Industry
• •Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., NASTRAN, Simcenter) and familiarity with CAD software (e.g., NX CAD)
• •Strong coordination skills in leading engineering projects
• •Excellent problem-solving skills
• •Strong written and verbal communication skills
• •Experience with spacecraft technical systems
• •Familiarity with Space industry standards and guidelines
• •Very good command of English, good command of other Swiss National Languages is an asset
• •Knowledge of ESATAN-TMS (or other thermal analysis tools) and MS Project
