Tasks
- Develop digital transformation strategies and specifications
- Take responsibility for content in projects and proposals
- Advise clients on opportunities for their digital roadmap
- Demonstrate expertise in relevant verticals or technologies
- Create and manage business backlog for prioritization
- Act as a subject matter expert during client pitches
- Conduct requirements engineering and create functional specifications
- Document functional and non-functional requirements through workshops
- Gather business requirements and translate them into user stories
- Define and enhance industry-specific business processes
- Support clients throughout their digital project phases
- Advise clients on business and communication aspects
- Build bridges between internal and client stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with development, UX, and content teams
- Prepare and facilitate client workshops for requirements gathering
- Stay updated on digital trends and their impact on clients
