Tasks
- Provide technical leadership for HVAC & Black Utilities projects
- Ensure end-to-end ownership of engineering, design, and commissioning
- Act as System Owner and technical authority throughout project lifecycle
- Comply with Roche Guidelines, EU/Swiss regulations, and sustainability standards
- Manage sub-project budgets and schedules
- Define priorities and drive decision-making processes
- Own HVAC systems for cleanrooms and laboratories
- Lead project phases from feasibility to construction
- Author and review URS, FRS, P&IDs, and bid packages
- Coordinate with Process Engineering, Automation, Electrical, and Quality Assurance
- Lead installation, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and IQ/OQ execution
- Ensure inspection readiness
