- Master’s degree in engineering, physics, or comparable field
- Deep expertise in high-voltage battery systems
- 3+ years of technical customer-facing experience
- Experience in RFI/RFQ or HV battery engineering
- Strong stakeholder coordination and solution-orientation
- Background in automotive, truck, or off-highway sectors
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High willingness to travel
- Perfect German and excellent English skills
- Team spirit and joy of discovery
- Adaptability and positive attitude toward change
- Ability to work with high voltage equipment
Tasks
- Act as the primary technical contact for customers
- Manage inquiries and resolve technical issues during sales
- Conduct feasibility studies and requirement analyses
- Perform cost assessments and timeline evaluations
- Coordinate product adaptations and variant management
- Align technical specifications for battery platform integration
- Collaborate with engineering on customized product solutions
- Provide market feedback to Product Management and Engineering
- Deliver technical trainings and documentation
- Oversee the delivery and tracking of sample parts
