- •Completed education in a technical, medical, or life-science related field
- •Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
- •Willingness to travel approximately 75% of working time, including overnight stays
- •Flexibility to work and travel within Central Switzerland
- •Valid driving license
- •Experience with CRM systems and tools for quotation and contract preparation
- •Strong communication skills with a customer- and solution-oriented mindset
- •Ability to work under pressure with a proactive, hands-on approach
- •Sales affinity
- •High sense of responsibility, reliability, and ownership
- •Strong collaboration skills combined with integrity
- •Friendly and confident personality

Tasks
- •Monitor and support surgical procedures in neuromodulation
- •Assist with programming of implants and device instruction
- •Provide patient follow-up care in selected clinics
- •Deliver high-level technical and clinical expertise to physicians and medical staff
- •Plan and coordinate dedicated customer support initiatives
- •Implement strategic measures for product introductions and launches
- •Increase awareness of the therapy portfolio for sustainable growth
- •Collaborate with Sales and Marketing for customer events
- •Implement software updates on programming devices
- •Manage customer data using CRM tools like Salesforce Lightning
- •Cooperate with internal support teams on administrative tasks
- •Meet or exceed individual territory sales targets
- •Prepare sales forecasts, quotations, and contracts
- •Track bill of material consumption
