Requirements
- •Clear communication and coordination skills
- •Ability to identify requirements and set priorities
- •In-depth practical experience with cloud and cloud-native technologies
- •In-depth knowledge of system design and architecture
- •Good understanding of Kubernetes and common components/patterns
- •Experience with Infrastructure as Code and deployment tools
- •Ability to explain complex technical issues in a structured manner
- •Customer-oriented working style and ability to set priorities
- •Very good German and English skills (at least C1)

Tasks
- •Serve as the technical contact for new and existing customers in the cloud context
- •Support the implementation and stable operation of cloud and container-based platforms
- •Remove technical hurdles and translate best practices into secure solutions
- •Explain complex technical issues in a structured manner during workshops and calls
- •Work in a customer-oriented manner and set priorities effectively
- •Assist customers in planning and using the cloud environment
- •Advise on cloud adoption, operation, and further development
- •Record and prioritize technical problems, analyze causes, and develop solutions
- •Plan and moderate workshops, training sessions, and technical deep dives
- •Create reproducible reference setups for typical use cases and best practices
- •Conduct regular consultations and joint customer meetings with partners
- •Propose and develop content to share best practices and enable customers
- •Bundle customer insights and identify patterns to provide feedback to the team
- •Identify relevant market and technology trends and derive actionable next steps
