- •Master’s degree in Tax Law, Economics, or equivalent education
- •6-10 years of experience with tax in an international environment for Sr. manager
- •>10-12 years of experience with tax in an international environment for Tax director
- •Good understanding of local cultures and tax environments
- •Organizational awareness and understanding of Group Tax Management processes
- •Initiative, active listening, solution-driven, service-oriented
- •Strategic thinking and analytical skills with attention to details
- •Proven ability to work in a team environment
- •Demonstrated proactivity and ability to drive change
- •Strong project management and communication skills
- •Ability to deal with ambiguity in a rapidly changing environment

Tasks
- •Lead tax-related activities for acquisition projects
- •Conduct tax due diligence with external advisors
- •Assess and quantify tax exposures and opportunities
- •Review target company tax filings and compliance
- •Summarize findings in due diligence reports
- •Design tax-efficient acquisition and financing structures
- •Advise on purchase price adjustments and tax indemnities
- •Model tax impacts of various transaction structures
- •Support deal negotiations and review transaction agreements
- •Transfer tax knowledge to regional tax managers post-acquisition
- •Advise on post-acquisition tax integration projects
- •Highlight tax synergies and operational efficiencies
- •Establish relationships with local tax teams of acquired companies
- •Facilitate communication between Group Tax and local teams
- •Ensure alignment with group tax strategy and compliance
- •Assist with tax audits and compliance guidelines
- •Supervise tax compliance procedures and risk assessments
- •Facilitate implementation of Group procedures for Pillar 2 obligations
