Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or qualified lawyer/tax adviser
  • Outstanding English and German proficiency
  • Strong knowledge of German tax law
  • Exceptional finance modeling and analytical skills
  • Solution-oriented approach to complex tasks
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

Tasks

  • Offer sophisticated tax support for real estate transactions
  • Develop and implement innovative tax strategies
  • Provide continuous tax support for the existing portfolio
  • Deliver state-of-the-art tax support for complex international structures
  • Evaluate external tax advisers' findings from due diligence
  • Ensure tax-efficient structuring to protect investors' reputational risks
  • Negotiate secure legal positions in contract discussions
  • Provide pragmatic recommendations during contract disagreements
  • Understand and apply IRR modeling (post-tax)
  • Facilitate effective tax handover to other departments
  • Ensure tax compliance with required documentation
  • Identify and mitigate potential tax risks
  • Coordinate risk mitigation with Group Centers
  • Monitor tax developments
  • Initiate and execute restructuring measures
  • Align restructuring with stakeholders

Work Experience

  • 4 - 7 years

Education

  • Vocational certificationOR
  • Bachelor's degree

  • English – Native
  • German – Native
