- Guide hiring managers on recruitment best practices
- Identify and automate manual recruitment processes
- Enhance candidate experience through AI optimization
- Analyze recruitment metrics to drive operational improvements
- Lead data-backed conversations with stakeholders
- Maintain and update the SmartRecruiters ATS
