Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or comparable degree in HR/Business Admin with relevant experience
- High-performing recruiter experience in corporate, high-growth/fast-paced environment
- Prior recruiting experience in technology, engineering, or IT industry (desirable)
- Coordinating university events or early talent initiatives across multiple stakeholders
- Fluency in English (essential)
- Strong working knowledge of German employment and labor laws (required)
- Experienced MS Office, Workday Recruiting, or other ATS user (advantageous)
- Partnering and building positive relationships with candidates, managers, team members, stakeholders
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Highly organized with a focus on delivering business results
- Travel: Yes, 20% of the Time
Tasks
- Support full life cycle recruitment
- Ensure seamless hiring manager and candidate experience
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Understand market needs and challenges
- Review and optimize recruitment strategies
- Deploy advanced sourcing techniques
- Identify and attract top talent
- Develop comprehensive talent strategies
- Align talent strategies with business growth
- Lead cross-functional planning of university events
- Support early talent hiring
- Prepare contract offers with hiring managers and HR
- Communicate offers to candidates
- Negotiate offers if applicable
- Collaborate with internal interfaces
- Work with external staffing agencies
- Engage with institutions and universities
