Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent

  • Ability to travel across EMEA ~20% of time

Tasks

  • Develop digital tools for Medtronic Operations
  • Lead development of OEE, KPI Dashboards, and Production Tracker
  • Collect data from automated equipment and operator interfaces
  • Interface with Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Statistical Process Control (SPC)
  • Act as SME for Digital Performance Management tools
  • Liaise with IT and key stakeholders
  • Lead in-house and third-party development activities
  • Implement and monitor system improvements
  • Design and develop software programs
  • Troubleshoot and debug software
  • Determine hardware compatibility
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for software design requirements
  • Generate systems software engineering policies and procedures
  • Manage application lifecycle from concept to support
  • Gather and suggest specific requirements
  • Assess risk during project phases
  • Review department specifications for FDA and internal compliance
  • Communicate status updates to stakeholders
  • Identify and communicate factors affecting project timelines
