Requirements
- •5+ years of experience in Linux/Unix system administration
- •Solid experience with virtualization technologies (KVM preferred, VMware or similar)
- •Strong experience with monitoring tools and log management solutions (Zabbix, Grafana, ELK stack)
- •Excellent understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, routing)
- •Deep understanding of infrastructure automation and configuration management with Puppet (Ansible and Foreman experience is a strong plus)
- •Hands-on experience with containerization platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, or similar)
- •Familiarity with incident and change management processes
- •Experience with application and DB deployments in a production environment
- •Scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar)
- •Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- •Experience with design, deployment, licensing, and support of VMware products
- •Knowledge of version control systems (GIT, Mercurial)
- •Experience with JIRA Service Management, Confluence
- •Experience with SQL DB queries and PostgreSQL commands
- •Security hardening knowledge (SELinux, AppArmor, SMACK)
- •Highly responsible and detail-oriented
- •Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset
- •Team player who thrives in a multilingual, collaborative environment

- •Manage incidents to ensure optimal uptime, security, and performance
- •Deploy and troubleshoot critical cloud and on-prem environments
- •Maintain microservices-based virtualization platforms and monitoring solutions
- •Automate system deployments and configuration management using Puppet and Foreman
- •Participate in infrastructure improvement projects for secure architecture
- •Conduct root cause analysis and post-incident reviews
- •Support junior system administrators with technical escalations
- •Document operational procedures and contribute to team knowledge-sharing
- •Deploy and configure a fully automated mail stack and PostgreSQL nodes
