- Technical knowledge in material, manufacturing, and plastic molding

- Ability to provide solutions within complex constraints
- English fluency
Tasks
- Lead and coordinate bottom unit development in footwear
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and Asian outsourcing hub
- Facilitate smooth transition from concept to production
- Work with Innovation and Sport engineering teams
- Provide technical designs, constraints, and solutions
- Offer material choices and product construction input
- Act as bottom unit leader for multiple projects and verticals
- Analyse and improve product designs for manufacturability and durability
- Ensure quality and performance targets are met
- Utilize 2D-3D modeling skills
- Recommend cost-effective molding methods and tooling designs
- Assist with tooling-related questions and issues
- Support moldshops and Asian counterparts
