- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills

- Proficiency in TikTok, Pinterest, Meta Business Manager, Smartly, DV360, YouTube Studio, TV tracking platforms
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio)
- Familiarity with programmatic buying, CTV platforms, audio sponsorships
- Relevant certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint)
- Fluent English

- Lead full-funnel media planning.
- Oversee cross-market campaign execution.
- Drive innovation through test-and-learn initiatives.
- Ensure efficient media investments.
- Align media investments with brand and business objectives.
- Provide functional guidance to junior team members.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners.
- Develop full-funnel paid media tactics.
- Translate strategy into effective media plans.
- Identify emerging media opportunities.
- Lead pilot initiatives for new platforms and formats.
- Conduct audience research.
- Analyze media consumption.
- Lead planning and execution of high-impact campaigns.
- Manage media agency relationships.
- Oversee channel budgets.
- Ensure consistent application of platform best practices.
- Ensure consistent application of creative specifications.
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines.
- Analyze cross-channel campaign performance.
- Deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Build advanced measurement plans.
