- Create marketing strategies with out-of-the-box thinking
- Drive the Employer Branding content calendar
- Write long- and short-form copy for the culture Journal and LinkedIn
- Conduct interviews for content creation
- Collaborate with Talent, Brand Studio, and Paid Social teams
- Drive impactful storytelling for team goals
- Manage multiple campaigns and projects
- Adapt campaigns based on deep analysis
- Conduct market research on new tools and platforms
- Track analytics and performance across channels
- Monitor perception across channels like LinkedIn and Glassdoor
- Work with community management teams on analytics
