Requirements

  • •3-5 years of relevant experience in a technical, customer-facing role
  • •Experience with Enterprise B2B product implementations at a fast-growing startup
  • •Hands-on experience with APIs, CRMs, telephony systems, or workflow automation tools
  • •Experience or deep interest in AI/ML technologies and prompt engineering
  • •Clear and effective communication skills
  • •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and wear multiple hats
  • •Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompting
  • •Strong understanding of the enterprise sales process and winning deals
  • •Familiarity with SIP, telephony providers, or call center systems

Tasks

  • •Partner with the sales team to understand customer needs
  • •Lead the technical discovery process and conduct product demonstrations
  • •Design and architect customized solutions and proof-of-concepts
  • •Own the full technical customer lifecycle from RFPs to implementation
  • •Serve as the primary technical contact for customers
  • •Troubleshoot integration-related issues and ensure successful adoption
  • •Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to meet customer needs
