Requirements

  • BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Hands-on software development and programming in .NET ecosystem
  • Ability to explain complex concepts simply and work collaboratively in a team
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, maintainability, and engineering quality
  • Strong understanding of software delivery processes and engineering workflows
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Familiarity with YAML deployment pipelines, CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins) and Git
  • Experience with frontend development in Blazor, Typescript, or React
  • Experience with microservices in containerized environments and message-driven architecture
  • AI Tooling experience with Claude code, MCP, RAG and Foundry
  • Valid working permit for Switzerland
