- •Comfort working across backend systems to UIs and tooling
- •Product mindset with empathy for content practitioners
- •Ability to work effectively in ambiguity
- •Experience with content platforms or personalization systems
- •Familiarity with declarative systems and data transformation pipelines

- •Design and build core backend systems for dynamic content resolution
- •Implement cache-aware execution pipelines with strong performance guarantees
- •Define and evolve APIs, schemas, and versioning strategies
- •Build tooling and simple UIs for managing and debugging system behavior
- •Create demo experiences and reference implementations for platform testing
- •Collaborate with Product and engineering teams on integration and UX
- •Ensure system reliability in production, including observability and debugging
