Requirements

  • .NET background and modern software development practices
  • Mentoring junior developers and setting coding standards
  • Explaining complex concepts simply and collaborative teamwork
  • Collaborative work in fast-paced, agile environment
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Understanding and developing complicated processes
  • Experience with REST principles, conventions, and OpenAPI standard
  • Experience with event-driven architecture using Kafka
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins) and Git
  • Experience with frontend development in Blazor
  • Valid working permit for Denmark

Tasks

  • Design robust and scalable applications
  • Develop secure enterprise-grade software
  • Maintain and enhance operational domains
  • Work with cross-location development teams
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in various domains
  • Build and operate crypto staking platform
  • Develop and maintain staking products
  • Handle order management, reward calculations, and payout processing
  • Ensure reliability, transparency, and security
  • Explore new staking capabilities and protocols
  • Support new staking product offerings
  • Enable flexible participation models
  • Lead code quality through reviews and mentorship
  • Establish coding standards
  • Mentor junior engineers
  • Improve test automation processes
