- Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional and international teams
- Fluent in English; German is an advantage

- Define and implement large-scale software architectures for cloud-based platforms
- Align technical design with business objectives and product vision
- Set and enforce architectural best practices across engineering teams
- Collaborate with engineering leadership and product stakeholders on architecture
- Lead architectural design reviews and technical discussions
- Provide architectural guidance for system consistency and scalability
- Serve as lead architect on assigned scrum teams
- Represent teams on the Architecture Board to shape DS Core architecture
- Identify and address architectural challenges and promote innovation
- Mentor senior and mid-level engineers in architectural thinking
- Drive adherence to architectural governance across distributed teams
