Requirements

  • 6+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering
  • Strong understanding of SRE principles and best practices
  • Proficiency in Python, GoLang, or TypeScript
  • Integrating LLMs into automated workflows
  • Incident management and post-incident reviews
  • Systematic troubleshooting of complex technical issues
  • Experience with public cloud provider, ideally GCP
  • Proactive approach to spotting problems and improvements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Very good spoken and written English
  • Residency in Germany
  • Interest in climate tech industry
  • Prior experience with IoT applications
  • Experience in a scale-up environment

Tasks

  • Implement and improve monitoring systems
  • Enhance alerting and incident response processes
  • Ensure high reliability and meet SLOs
  • Design resilient and scalable infrastructure
  • Apply SRE principles and best practices
  • Attend post-incident reviews
  • Detect patterns and contribute to improvements
  • Execute performance testing
  • Analyze system bottlenecks
  • Formulate capacity planning strategies
  • Build systems for real-time CI/CD test failure context
  • Enable agents to analyze logs
  • Trace dependencies for code fixes
  • Suggest and apply instant code fixes
