Requirements

  • •Extensive practical experience in buy-side equity selection with rules-based processes
  • •Strong proficiency in Bloomberg, Excel-based models, and advanced risk/optimizer platforms
  • •Proven ability to achieve strong results within clearly defined risk budgets
  • •Experience working with ESG constraints or tilts
  • •Highly disciplined, reliable, and precise in process execution and documentation
  • •Humble, open-minded approach fostering constructive discussions and continual growth
  • •Excels as a team player—collaborative, communicative, and committed to shared success

Tasks

  • •Implement repeatable stock selection
  • •Weight portfolios according to defined rule sets
  • •Document investment rationales and change logs
  • •Adhere to and report on exposure and risk budgets
  • •Design and optimize screening and scoring processes
  • •Ensure data quality in investment processes
  • •Translate rules into portfolios within optimizer constraints
  • •Collaborate closely with Quant and Risk teams
