- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to train, guide, and onboard laboratory staff

Tasks
- Design and plan laboratory experiments
- Execute and document laboratory investigations
- Report on process improvements and changes
- Evaluate alternative raw materials
- Investigate deviations in manufacturing processes
- Focus on fractionation process and albumin
- Apply state-of-the-art process development tools
- Use DoE methodologies
- Perform statistical data analysis
- Support technical document compilation
- Train and guide laboratory staff
- Contribute as SME to projects and task forces
- Present study and investigation results
- Collaborate with internal departments
- Work with external institutes and universities
- Drive lab equipment modernization
- Improve working procedures and methodologies
- Provide scientific and technical leadership
- Coordinate with the line manager
- Focus on HAB and AlbuRx
- Regularly report project status
- Write, review, and revise SOPs
- Archive relevant documentation
- Contribute to equipment calibration
- Ensure equipment qualification
- Comply with safety guidelines and regulations
- Use safety equipment correctly
- Attend safety training
- Wear protective equipment consistently
- Replace defective protective equipment
- Eliminate hazards and risks
- Report hazards to the supervisor
- Contribute to safety goals
- Improve safety culture
