Requirements
- •Degree in a construction related field
- •Expertise in project controls, plan, schedule management preferably within Hi-Tech, Manufacturing, Industrial or related complex asset types
- •Expert experience level using project scheduling tools (Primavera P6 preferred)
- •Ability to coordinate and organise multiple sources of schedule inputs and performance data into a master schedule platform
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- •Tenacity and drive to inject value and create solutions
- •Good working relationships with project team
- •Fluent English and German language skills, both written and verbal
- •Willingness to work from construction site 3 days a week

Bachelor's degree
Work Experience
approx. 4 - 6 years
Tasks
- •Implement project planning and scheduling strategies
- •Coordinate project development and implementation
- •Perform probabilistic analysis on integrated and contractor schedules
- •Conduct project schedule analysis and critical path analysis
- •Analyze deviations from the baseline schedule and propose corrective actions
- •Prepare Integrated Planning and Scheduling contributions for Monthly Project Reports
- •Develop resourcing plans for project phases and recommend peak leveling
- •Ensure schedule data from vendors and contractors is integrated into planning systems
- •Prepare micro-management schedules for critical work elements
