- Proven experience in structuring complex problems and driving cross-functional initiatives
- Deep knowledge of B2B pricing strategies, including value- and competition-based approaches
- Ability to thrive in a global matrix organization and influence stakeholders
Tasks
- Design and implement global Sales Excellence frameworks
- Evolve end-to-end sales processes and KPIs
- Develop governance and operating models
- Create enablement concepts across the sales lifecycle
- Build and scale Sales Excellence capabilities
- Develop playbooks and toolkits for best practices
- Lead Sales Excellence projects and stakeholder interviews
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data for improvements
- Support hands-on implementation of initiatives
- Introduce advanced tools and data-driven processes
- Optimize pricing performance with monitoring systems
- Establish and moderate expert communities for knowledge sharing
