- •Degree in Biology, technical field, or equivalent industrial experience
- •3+ years' professional experience in Biology
- •Experience in biological screening cascade implementation
- •Experience in peptide molecule characterisation
- •Knowledge of experimental in-vitro pharmacology techniques
- •Experience working with CROs
- •Dynamic, agile, and flexible approach
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- •Creative problem solving and growth mindset
- •Experience leading biology within drug discovery
- •Experience in structural biology or display-based techniques
- •Experience working with Data Science groups
- •Track record of delivering Clinical Candidates
- •Knowledge of machine learning in biology
- •Experience of target identification and validation
- •Authorship of relevant scientific manuscripts
- •Coding in Python or willingness to learn
