Tasks

  • Own the end-to-end renewal journey for DACH region clients
  • Manage Enterprise and Mid-Market client accounts
  • Act as a versatile partner to ensure optimal customer outcomes
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success teams
  • Identify and pursue potential expansion opportunities
  • Maintain accurate 120-day forecasts
  • Ensure high data hygiene within the CRM
  • Simplify renewal processes for high-velocity execution
